Be welcomed at 3.00PM or earlier by arrangement with Managers living across road.
Large carport in case of arriving in the rain.
Minimum three nights stay.
Wifi, TV, Linen and towels, dishwasher, automatic washing machine and dryer. BBQ .
Rented as a holiday home, basic consumables are available on a use and replace basis.
Not serviced during stay.
Guest are expected to keep property clean and tidy.
Longer term guests welcomed.
Overseas families have stayed with young children attending local school.
Wheel chair access.
All rooms open onto deck.
No smoking.
No additional guests other than those booked in.
Maximum of seven.
No functions.
Occasions not to be large scale celebrations.
No tents.
Be fare welled 11.00am or by arrangement.

September, October, November :
$1500 per weekend (Friday, Saturday) for two, then $650 week nights Sunday to Thursday for two persons. $100 per extra person per night. Rates include GST
Week Rate $4275 for two, $90 per extra person per night

December to end March :
$1,700 per weekend (Friday, Saturday) for two, then $750 week nights Sunday to Thursday for two persons. $100 per extra person per night.
Week Rate $4900 for two, $90 per extra person per night

Peak holiday and special date rates available
Long stay rates available.
